I’m Lorie Boucher. For nearly 20 years I worked in higher-education administration, including 12+ years in UC Riverside Athletics Academic Services, running quarterly progress reporting across ~700 faculty for 300+ student-athletes. I rebuilt our reporting on Google Forms, Sheets, and Apps Script: 95%+ faster, FERPA-compliant.

Our Services
Package 1: Gateway Audit · $1,200–$1,800 · 1–2 weeks
Best for: A team that knows something is broken but can’t scope it. I review your workflow end to end and deliver: A map of your current files, steps, and handoffs A bottleneck and risk list: what’s slow, fragile, or person-dependent A prioritized fix roadmap, sequenced by impact You keep the roadmap whether or not we continue. Many clients use it as the blueprint for internal work.
Package 2: Turnkey Automation · $3,500–$5,000 · 4–8 weeks
Best for: A defined reporting or workflow pain point. Everything in the Audit for that process, plus: A rebuilt workflow in Google Workspace / Apps Script (Forms, Sheets, automation) Testing across edge cases and real data An administrator guide and quick-start for your team You hand me the painful process; I hand back a working system with instructions.
Package 3:
Enterprise Continuity · $6,000–$8,500 · 2–4 months
Best for: Departments facing a retirement or transition, or several linked systems that need redesigning together. Multi-process redesign and automation, several automated reports and workflows, a full documentation suite including the continuity page, and a knowledge-transfer plan so a successor is productive in weeks, not months.

Start with an assessment. $500-$750
I review the process, map its current state, and deliver a scoped proposal with a fixed price. If you proceed with Package 2 or 3, the assessment fee is credited in full. It’s a low-risk way to get a clear plan before committing to a larger project.
